Can I reserve an item?
Given the one-of-a-kind nature of our items, we are unable to offer reservations. Completing the checkout process is the only way to secure your piece.
How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping fees are based on the total weight of your order and its delivery destination. Below are the estimated price ranges for our priority registered letter service.
- Within Poland: from €2.50 to €4.50.
- To Europe (Zone A): from €5.50 to €15.50.
- To North America & Africa (Zone B): from €5.50 to €24.50.
- To South/Central America & Asia (Zone C): from €5.50 to €20.00.
- To Australia & Oceania (Zone D): from €5.50 to €37.00.
We ship worldwide. The final, precise shipping cost for your specific order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How should I interpret the size?
Vintage and past-season sizing can differ from modern standards. To ensure a perfect fit, we provide precise flat-lay measurements for every garment. We highly recommend comparing these with a similar item you already own.
What is the condition of the clothing?
Each piece in our collection is meticulously inspected. The condition ranges from pristine—showing no signs of use—to having a gentle history. We believe in complete transparency; any significant imperfections are always detailed and photographed in the product description.
Where are the clothes sourced from?
Our collection is the result of a dedicated curation process. We source exceptional garments from across Europe, selecting them for their superior quality, timeless design, and unique character. Each piece is individually vetted and prepared by our team.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Usualy 1-2 working days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information and trascking number. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

At syntax, our mission is to give beautiful garments a second life. We want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and straightforward, in full accordance with EU consumer rights.
Your 14-Day Right to Return
You have the right to return your purchase for a full refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason.
How to Make a Return
- Inform Us: To initiate a return, please send an email to [adres e-mail, np. returns@syntaxclothes.com] within the 14-day period. Include your full name and order number so we can identify your purchase.
- Prepare Your Item: The item must be returned in the exact same condition you received it in. As our pieces are unique, they must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original or syntax tags still attached.
- Ship It Back: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit. Please ensure the item is sent back to us within 14 days of you informing us of your decision to return.
Receiving Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. The refund will include the full price of the item(s) plus the cost of the original standard shipping paid at the time of purchase. The refund will be completed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
Our Commitment to Quality & Transparency
We take great pride in meticulously inspecting and accurately describing every unique garment that we curate. Our descriptions are crafted to be both evocative and transparent.
However, should an item arrive with a significant flaw that was not disclosed in the description, or if it substantially differs from its portrayal on our site, we take full responsibility for this oversight.
